Reception looking back and forth week ending 30 April 2021
Hi
Another lovely week at school and we even managed our picnic lunch outside on Thursday. Roll on summer!
This week the children said they enjoyed:
Playing - (note from Mrs Flint - we also do work!)
Drawing and colouring-in
Playing in the Vets
Riding the bikes
Helping to make the reading corner into a bug reading corner
Painting houses and cars for the Goostrey Village display
Singing and using instruments (they are very good!)
PE with Miss Oaks: Making shaped with our bodies and copying our partners.
Having tadpoles in the class! Thanks Kayson!
New eggs in the incubator (Hold thumbs!)
Thinking of ways to be kind and helpful and writing these on hearts to hang in the class.
Hearing the story of The Good Samaritan in RE
Running in straight lines in Friday PE with Mr Townend and Mr Jones
Year 6 are doing a raffle to win a teddy bear. Proceeds are going to Elizabethfontien our twin school. 50p a ticket. Please send in the correct amount.
