Reception week ending 12.10.2018

It feels just like yesterday that we started Reception and yet we have been in school for 6 weeks already.

This week the children have:

Labled the body parts of a hedgehog. This has showcased how many sounds they can hear in words and that they can write them down. Proud teacher moment!

in maths worked on matching objects to number.

painted a salt dough hedgehog which will be on display at the exhibition
