Ask your children...

what they learned about the events that led to the outbreak of WWII.

about the strategy we used to calculate equivalent fractions.

to tell you about their wonderful Burwardsley recounts.

As you know, the children will be visiting the National Memorial Arboretum on Monday. Please could you make sure they are in school by 8.45 on this day for what promises to be a reflective and thought provoking experience.

The children will be starting a new writing topic this week, producing WWII diary entries - some of which I hope you will see in the exhibition.

In maths we will continue to look at fractions - ordering and adding.

Wider Opportunities: The children have been given their permission letters for their instruments. They will receive their instrument on Wednesday if they have returned the letter - exciting!
