Hi All,

We hope you all had a fantastic Easter.

In English we will be carrying on with the superheroes topic. This week we will be taking Traction man on his own adventure.

In maths this week, the children will be working on number and place value. We will be counting in 10s forwards and backwards, as well as from different starting points.

In the afternoons, the children will have Religious Education, Science and topic work. But, most exciting on all – JODRELL BANK on Thursday! There will also be P.E. lessons and Show and Tell Friday!

Our highlights of the last week:

• Having chocolate milk at lunchtime.
• Making bunnies
• Easter cards
• Traction Man’s speech bubbles
• Building cars with Mrs Loh
• Wacky Races looking at ordinal numbers

PE kits needed this week

Double check your child’s footwear for P.E. – make sure they’re the correct size

Don’t forget the reading challenge – so far we have had lots of children taking the challenge. Remember it has to be 14 days consecutive reading at home.
