Things we have enjoyed this week:

• I enjoyed dance because I like how we can make up our own routines.

• Making the ‘eyes’ for our Eye of the Storm display – I liked choosing the contrasting colours from the colour wheel

• I liked making our wellington boots. I liked using all the different paint colours and decorating, I also liked seeing the precise choice of decoration of an animal and painting it was of course fun!

This week, why not ask your child about the colour wheel we have been learning about.  Ask them to tell you about the primary and secondary colours.

Why not ask them to tell you about what The Eye of the Storm is.

Can they explain to you what a simile is?  What about a metaphor?
