we 9th June Year 4

That was a short week indeed!  We have been preparing for our South African visitors; we have looked at the General Election and we have learned about aspects of looking after our environment.  The highlight of my week was the owls - see gallery below - they were just beautiful and very patient as you can see!

The children enjoyed making animations about various ecological problems that affect animals and our environment, they also had a super PE lesson with Premier Sports.

Next week we will be rehearsing for Goostrey's Got Talent on  Monday and Tuesday mornings - the children will need all their music and props (but not the live dogs please), ready for our performance on Wednesday evening.  Letters with details and tickets have been sent home and their is a piece in the newsletter too.  If you have spare tickets, please send them back to school as other families may want to bring extra people but they need a ticket as we are restricted to a certain number of seats due to fire regulations.
