Y2 Looking Back and Forth 11.11.22
Friday 11th November 2022 – Looking Back & Forth in Year 2
Looking back:
A super week at school Year 2.
In English, the children wrote a plan of A River, and we will use this to help write a story next week. We have been busy subtracting numbers using different methods in maths. The children have also enjoyed geography and music with Mrs Saxton plus RE and French with Mrs Cuttle. In history we have begun by identifying different styles of houses and will be linking them to the local area. Phonics work has been around past tense words this week. On Friday we respectfully observed a two minute silence at 11am and learned about why this is important.
Another excellent week. Have a great weekend.
