Y3 Looking Back and Forth 31/1/20
Friday 31st January 2020 – Looking Back & Forth in Year 3
Looking back:
Wow!!! What a week it’s been yet again. We have all thoroughly enjoyed our Pop UK experience throughout this week. The songs were a wonderful way to share our thoughts and feelings about many issues facing young people today and of course to simply have fun with music. I have to say that year three were an absolute credit to themselves. In other news, we have worked hard on finding out more about our new class book – The Girl and the Bicycle – and have made a really creative start writing our narrative for our new red book. The children have learned lots about money this week in Maths and are now really getting to grips with it. We have also recapped our work on subtraction as some parts of last week’s homework proved challenging. We would like to thank our visiting expert speaker this week, Mr Gregory, for coming in to share his expertise with us and introduce us to the business of all things Bentley. Excellent questioning children – thank you.
