Friday 21st October 2022 – Y5 Weekly Update

Looking back: 

It’s been a great week. The exhibition looks absolutely amazing with all classes producing such lovely work. Year 5 should be really proud of the work they have produced – it is so colourful, vibrant and well presented. The children took part in some amazing circus skills yesterday afternoon with a circus company – they had a fantastic time.

Year 5 – Pupils’ Highlights:

• We really enjoyed the circus skills session!
• It was great to see our work up in the hall for display.

Family discussion questions:

• Ask the children what we learned about Hindu wedding ceremonies.
• Can the children remember why we have day and night?

Looking forward:

I have updated next half term’s curriculum on the main page of the class page -this shows what the children will be learning in the next seven weeks.

PE day will be on Friday’s next half term.

Don’t forget children need their instruments in school each Wednesday
