Year 1 5th October 2018

This week we have enjoyed:

• Following a story map and putting actions to it for the story of 'Voyage to Bunny Planet'. We used this to help us to write the beginning and middle of the story. (Great to see fabulous work and effort from all the children!)
• Finding more and less than amounts in Maths.
• Designing our butterflies and peace stones ready to make them next week for the exhibition.
• Team games in PE.
• Practising our peaceful poem with Mrs Hamilton.
• Reading real and nonsense words in phonics- we are remembering to be Phonics Ninja's and use our chopping hands to segment all of the sounds we see.

We have achieved all of our 25 marbles this week... so this afternoon we have enjoyed golden time!!
