Year 1 WE 16th November

This week we have enjoyed:

• Writing our own versions of Jack and the Beanstalk in English.
• Team ball games in PE.
• Writing and blending to read CVCC / CCVC words in Phonics.
• Partitioning numbers in Maths to find fact families and recording addition number sentences.
• Problem solving in Maths to find all number possibilities.
• Singing practise for the nativity performance.
• Matching adult animals to their babies in Science.

Thank you for those of you that came to look at our books last night. The children were so excited to share their hard work with you!!
