Year 2 Looking back and forth 27th May
Friday 27th May 2022 – Looking Back & Forth in Year 2
Looking back:
This week we finished writing our own versions of The Bear and the Piano and the children produced some fantastic work. In reading comprehension work we explored a text about Marie Curie. In maths we have been using all the skills learned so far in Year 2. In science we spent time observing the butterflies as they emerged an enjoyed releasing them in our wildlife garden. The children have also experienced regular phonics, PE, geography and music and more. On Friday we enjoyed a day of celebration for the Platinum Jubilee. They have worked really hard as always and enjoyed a great week of learning. Have a super half term break.
