Year 2 Looking Back and Forth 29.4.22
Friday 29th April 2022 – Looking Back & Forth in Year 2
Looking back:
Well done Year 2, another great week of learning and fun. We have been exploring our new text in English as well as working on reading comprehension skills. In maths we worked on number sequences and revised fractions. We started to learn about the important work of Florence Nightingale. In science we have devised an experiment to discover what makes a seed germinate and had some exciting new additions to the classroom! The children have also experienced regular phonics, PE, geography and music. They have worked really hard as always.
Year 2 – Pupils’ Highlights:
- The Bear and the Piano
- Fractions
