Year 4 we 19th May

We've just enjoyed a game of continuous rounders on the school field followed by cakes from the Year 1 cake sale - an excellent Friday afternoon, wouldn't you say?

The children have worked very hard again this week especially in maths where we have  been learning different methods for division.  They've also produced some really nice writing.  Science was popular and I'm pleased with the art we produced based on what we saw at Conwy Castle. 

Next week we will be doing various short assessments, hopefully Mr Capewell will be coming again on Monday to teach cricket skills (he had to cancel last week because it was raining) and we will complete most of our units of work.  Don't forget, it's class photos on Friday.

We send out a magazine called 'Digital Parenting' on occasion - please take time to read this as it is full of useful information about keeping your children safe online.
