Year 4 we 26th Jan

I really need someone to slow the clocks down!  I can't believe it's almost February already - so much to do, so little time!  The highlight of the week for lots of children was Young Voices - a late night but everyone enjoyed it by all accounts.  If your child didn't go, ask them what we did instead - that was fun too! 

Next week we will be learning about decimals and finishing our stories based on the prequel 'Almost Home' - we have really enjoyed this - very amusing.  We will be devising our own experiments in science and looking at hieroglyphs in history.  The children are enjoyed gymnastics with Premier Sports and their Hi-5 netball skills are developing well.  I will be taking some children to a Hi-5 tournament at Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School in March - further details later.
