Year 4 we 5th May
Last week seemed to fly by even faster than usual probably because of the Bank Holiday! I really enjoyed the recounts the children wrote about our wonderful visit to Llanberis, I'm sure we will all remember it for a long time. We also had fun comparing Goostrey with Llanberis, Conwy and Llandudno. The sun was out so I brought our science lesson for next week forward to take advantage of the glorious weather - it will probably be raining for our next lesson,.
This week we are beginning a new narrative unit in English and we are looking at multiplication in maths as well as fractions of amounts. Mr Capewell from Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School is coming to teach the children cricket skills and we will continue our study of habitats in science.
Have a good week!
