Year 4 we 9th Feb

I always like weeks that end with a cake sale - I look forward to Friday all week! 

This week we have written some terrific list poems that I am going to send to Elizabethfontein via Mrs Hamilton who is going there at the end of March.  We've done lots of work on decimals and fractions in maths and we completed our evaporation experiments in science and also learnt about gases.  Please ask your children about the egg experiment!

Next week we will be doing some short assessments in English and maths. We will be writing kennings and learning about the water cycle.  After that, I think we all deserve a week off to recover from all the hard work we've completed.
