Year 6 - Week in Review - Friday 20th January 2017
A busy week here in Year 6 with so many different activities going on.
The pupils have been involved each day with the i-Sing Pop project led by a very talented lady, Georgia. They have been really enjoying the singing which has been powerful in terms of effort and volume. We really hope you'll enjoy the concerts on Thursday 26th January (further details in the newsletter).
We have enjoyed crafting character descriptions about one of our main protagonists from our new class novel, "Rooftoppers". The pupils have created 31 different character profiles for this gentleman, but all with kindness at the heart of his personality.
The pupils have begun their work in their Revision Books for their SATs. We are issuing a letter on Monday regarding a meeting to explain the formal end-of-key-stage assessments. Please keep an eye out for this. We'll sure you will find it extremely useful.
Thank you for another great week.
