Year 6 - Week in Review - Friday 9th March 2018
This week, we have been completing our writing about Sophie to decide whether or not she is being raised as a wild child, or not. We think that although we've tried our best to remain neutral, we definitely don't want Sophie and Charles to be apart. We've continued our revision for the grammar section of our assessments - the different categories for conjunctions. Maths has seen us working on our knowledge of co-ordinates, looking at 2D shape reflections and translations.
During our afternoons, we have been working on our electrial circuits, honing our Hi-5 netball skills and on Wednesday, we took part in a road safety presentation from Cheshire's Fire Brigade.
We hope that our families enjoyed sharing our pupils' work after school on Friday - it's lovely when they can actually show you exactly what they've been working on, either on the walls of the classroom, or in their lovely books.
Another week gone.
