Reception looking back and forth week ending 10th March 2023

Hello all

Our focus this week has been our recount writing of The Something. I am so pleased, as I am sure you will be, with the progress they are making in writing.

The children all painted their own dinosaur and gave it a name so we have some unusual named dinosuars up on the wall. 

We have a large map on the wall in the class which we are adding too when we can with places the children have visited or the links to our learning. They are enjoying finding the countries.

Next week we will be getting presents and jars ready for grandparents tea party. So a creative week ahead. 

Mother's Day shop will be ready all of next week so please send money and a shopping bag into school on Monday as we will be going in small groups to the shop throughout the week.
