Friday 23rd September 2022 – Looking Back & Forth in Year 2
Looking back:
This week the children have worked really hard at following our school rules. They are really settling into life in Year 2. Well done!
We have been exploring our story, ready to write it next week. Maths has been all about place value, ordering numbers and remembering the difference between odd and even. We have begun our work for the Exhibition with lots of fact finding and artwork. The children have also worked on geography, PE, phonics,

Looking forward:
- Reading books will be changed on Mondays. The reading folder is needed in school every day. Thank you.

Spellings were sent home today to be learned for a quiz next Friday
We will have a quiz on number bonds to 10 next Friday, please practise with your child
