Y2 Looking back and forth 6.5.22

Friday 6th May 2022 – Looking Back & Forth in Year 2

Looking back:

Well done Year 2, another great week of learning and fun. We have been exploring our new text in English as well as working on reading comprehension skills. In maths we have revisited all our arithmetic skills. We continued to learn about the important work of Florence Nightingale and discovered facts about her life and her important work at Scutari hospital. In science we drew the lifecycle of a plant. The caterpillars have grown so much already! The children have also experienced regular phonics, PE, geography and music. They have worked really hard as always.
