Year 2 18th March Looking Back and Forth

Friday 18th March 2022 – Looking Back & Forth in Year 2

Looking back:

We have had a great sunny day today. This week we have been busy as ever! In English, we have planned and begun to write Oliver and Patch inspired stories. We practised all our phonics skills learned so far. We revisited multiplication and division in maths. In Science, we have explored our field to find micro-habitats. The children also enjoyed hockey in PE, art, music and RE.

Year 2 – Pupils’ Highlights:

  • Oliver and Patch stories
  • Science on the field
  • Hockey
  • Secret art work!
  • Percy Parker times tables
