Looking Back

It has been a busy week but one like no other. I am so proud of Year 2 for the way they have accepted the situation. They have continued to be a team, their behaviour has been excellent and they have shown lots of kindness too. I was really touched that so many of the class (and parents too) made the time to thank me.

Looking forward

Home learning packs were sent home on Friday. They contain printed work to get started with and the passwords needed to log on to our websites. I will add a new homework page on our website each week. This will give the children further activities to do. I will add a mixture of subjects. The work set is intended to keep key skills up to date so that when we are able to return to school, new learning will be easier.   

Please log on with your children to check the latest work and discussion blog. This is a good way to keep a sense of belonging. We are still a class and I am still your teacher. You can also email me if you need any advice.
