Year 4 we 28th April

What a wonderful trip! I personally had a super time despite the drizzle.  I'm sure the children have told you all about our visit but I wanted to let you know how great they all were.  Several people commented on how good their manners were and Mrs Boardman and Mrs Goodwin, the two governors who came with us, were also really impressed with behaviour and manners.   Unfortunately the time went far too quickly and I just wish we had been able to stay for another night or go again next week.

Very many thanks to Mrs Saxton and Mrs Hughes for giving up their time and also to Mrs Boardman and Mrs Goodwin.

Back to normal after the Bank Holiday.  We will be writing recounts about our time away and we will continue looking at decimals as well as multiplication in maths.  We will now continue with our science lessons about animals and their habitats and comparing Goostrey with the places we visited last week.  We have an extra Premier Sports lesson on Friday morning and dance as usual tomorrow (Tuesday) so please make sure PE kits are in school.

Have a great week!
