Exhibition News – It’s all finished! Yay!
So, this week, our Year 6 have been extremely busy putting the final preparations to their work from the first half term, so that it will look stunning and engaging for you all to see next Wednesday and Thursday.
Our pieces are the result of six week of reading, understanding, researching, discussing, dancing, making, thinking, creating, writing, drawing, collaborating, refining, enjoying and engaging with a range of interesting topics, from Rock & Roll dancing, to gadgets of the future. It will all be on display in our transformed hall for us to share.
Don’t forget that if you’d like to join us for our PE lesson this week, it’s on Tuesday at 2pm in the village hall. The children will be quite excited to see what they can show you
Our Exhibition is open from 2:00pm to 7:30pm and if the children are able to help out with our Y6 section, please do return the “timetable” which was sent out last week. It’s also available under the “Exhibition” button at the top of the Year 6 class page. In addition, if you child is performing our Y6 “Dance through the Decades” on Thursday, they need to return the signed form to say they are attending and who will be collecting them afterwards.
We’d like to thank you all for your support in helping the class to prepare for the Exhibition “About Time”. Through homework, items donated for research and education, help with song memories and many more support
Don’t forget that next week is a four-day week with a staff INSET day on the Friday.

3)What’s been your ‘stand out’ learning from the whole Exhibition work and why?

Thursday 27th October: School closes for half term – enjoy a well-deserved break, Year 6.
