Year 6 - Looking Back and Forth - Friday 18th November 2022

Y6 – Friday 18th November 2022 – Looking Back & Forth in Year 6

We are looking forward to welcoming you all to our parents’ meetings this week.  You child is also invited to join us if you would like them to attend.  Thank you.

Looking back:

A busy week in Year 6 with some exciting writing taking place.  Pupils have enjoyed writing as crew members on Shackleton’s Endurance expedition.  Fractions have been investigated in maths and apparatus and gym skills practised in PE.  The Mr & Mrs families proved an exciting task in science as we looked at inheritance; we have learned about the political governance in America through geography; rehearsals for our Christmas concert have begun; and we completed our week with a smashing time with our wonderful buddies.
